Payment Options

There are many options available for customers to pay their monthly water bill:
Customers can mail their payments to:
Clark-Edgar Rural Water District at P.O. Box 297, Marshall, IL 62441

Customers may pay their bill at the District's office located at 475 IL Hwy 1, Marshall, IL  62441
Cash, checks, money orders and credit/debit cards are accepted at the office.

Payments can also be made at any Casey State Bank or any Prospect Bank.

We have updated our billing software to web-based and now customers have the option to create a login for themselves to view their billing information.
